MODE OF PAYMENT

          
                    
        Fee can also be sent through Bank draft drawn on UCO Bank  or State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur or State Bank of India or ICICI Bank or Yes Bank or Punjab National Bank or Axis Bank  in the name  of  Principal, Birla Public School, Pilani. Cash or cheques are not acceptable.

Note :  In case of existing students First Instalment of fee to be remitted by 01st  April’ 2017  and Second Instalment by 1st October’2017.

  • A sum of Rs. 10,500/- is charged as admission fee at the time of admission only.
  • Personal Account deposits are accountable and a statement of account is sent to all parents quarterly.
  • The fees is realised in two installments. The first installment – on or before 1st April & Second installment on or before 1st October.  
  • The fees may be accepted with a fine of Rs. 25/- per day till 15 days after the due date for Boarders. Thereafter, the name of the student will be struck off from the rolls of the school. His name can be considered on the rolls of the school on a special request of parent  by depositing Rs. 5000/- as late fee fine.
  • In case fees is not paid within one month of due date, the student may be sent to his parents at the latter's expense. Separate letters are not sent to parents or guardians to send fees in respect of their wards. Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
  • Fees payable at the time of admission will be paid in full. A student may not be allowed expense from his personal account if the same is in debit balance.
  • In case of damage to the school property and the loss of library books, the recovery will be made from the parent of the student concerned.

To obtain an Application form and Prospectus of the school. A demand draft of Rs. 200/-  to be sent in favour of Principal, Birla Public School drawn at UCO Bank / SBBJ / BOI / AXIS / ICICI/PNB/ payable at Pilani/ IPO Money Order is also accepted.

Registration fee     Rs.  1900                                                                         

After obtaining an Application form, the same is to be sent to the Principal of the School duly filled in and signed along with a draft for Rs.1900/- for Classes III to IX  as Registration fee &  Scholastic  Level Assessment/Activity fee.

 
Note: - An additional amount of Rs. 200/- is to be remitted along with the registration fees Rs. 1900 + Rs. 200  = Rs. 2100/- for online registration or  form downloading.
