The Ajrakh Block Printing Workshop, held at Birla Public School Pilani from 3rd to 5th April 2024, featured renowned National Awardee Mr. Ratnamala Khatri as the resource person. Mr. Khatri, an expert Ajrakh block print traditional Printmaker from Barmer, Rajasthan, provided training to students on creating natural colors and using them to print on cotton cloth. The process, known for its natural, pure, and impressive techniques, engaged 25 students. From this workshop, two students were selected to represent the school in the prestigious Dharohar competition.
